| How much is the initiation fee?
Initiation Fee Schedule:
A flat 15% initiation fee for all purchases.
This fee is calculated using the total cost of the purchase.
Paying this fee does not reduce the total cost of the purchase.
| Should I expect other fees?
A restocking fee of $49 is applied to each returned item. This fee is deducted from the refund total.
A cancellation fee of $49 is applied to each canceled layaway plan. This fee is deducted from the refund total.
A late fee of $7 is applied to each late payment (as defined in your contract). This fee is added to the following payment (if applicable).
An NSF fee of $36 is applied to each returned payment. This fee is added to the amount of the payment currently due.
| When is my first payment due?
Your first payment will be due 30 days following the payment of the initiation fee.
You will be given the opportunity to adjust your payment date after the first payment is made.
| How much are my monthly payments?
Monthly payments will vary based on the total cost of the purchase.
The terms of the layaway plan will be explained during the checkout process, and an email will be sent with the same information for review.
| Can I cancel my layaway plan at any time?
Yes! We understand that needs and situations change. If you need to extend your layaway plan or delay a payment, we can also help with that.
Some fees may be non-refundable, and cancellation fees may apply.
| Can I extend my layaway plan at any time?
Yes! We understand that needs and situations change. We will gladly extend your layaway plan. We can also delay payments as needed.
Late payments are still subject to the late fee, so please request changes prior to the due date.
| Can I delay payments or pause my plan?
You can delay the payment by 30 days.
You can avoid a late fee by delaying the payment prior to the due date.
You can delay 1 payment every 6 months. The total cost of your purchase remains the same.
| Can I remove products from my plan?
No. Products can not be added to, removed from, or altered after completing the checkout process.
| Can I add products to an existing layaway plan?
No. Products can not be added to, removed from, or altered after completing the checkout process.
You can, however, create additional layaway plans, subject to the initiation fee.
| Is there a max number of layaways I can have?
You are encouraged to layaway responsibly; However, there is no limit to the number of layaways you can have.
| Can I combine multiple layaways into a single payment?
Yes! Due dates can be synchronized across plans once the first payment of each plan has been made.
| Can I pay off my layaway anytime?
Yes! If you want to pay off your layaway early, you can do so at any time.
Once your layaway is fully paid, you will receive your order within 5-7 business days.
| What payment methods are accepted?
Payments can be paid using debit or credit cards, ACH withdrawals, or money orders.
Zelle and wire transfers are also accepted for customers whose bank accounts support these options.
During certain situations, we may choose to accept CashApp and PayPal payments.
| What if my payment is late?
That's okay! Late payments happen to the best of us. A $7 late fee will be added to your next payment (if applicable).
If your payment is more than 90 days late and we haven't received any communication from you, we'll cancel your plan and refund you, less any applicable fees.
| Can I purchase insurance for my products?
Yes! You can purchase insurance for qualifying products once they have shipped.
Insurance costs and coverage may vary. Not all products will qualify for coverage. Some states may limit your ability to purchase insurance.
| How much is shipping and return shipping?
Shipping varies based on your order and location; however, you'll know the exact amount during checkout.
Return shipping is included with every purchase.
| Is shipping insurance included?
Yes! Your purchase is covered during shipment.
It is your responsibility to report shipping damages within 72 hours of receiving your purchase. After that time, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the courier.

Yes! Information here can change at any time without notice.
If terms and conditions change during your layaway, we remain bound to that which you agreed to when your layaway began. However, new layaway plans are subject to the most current terms and conditions.
